US Dry Bean Council, founded at the beginning of 1940, represents the six producing regions of the United States. It was founded, in part, to promote the sale and consumption of beans across national and international markets, as well as acting as a liaison between Government and Industry. The US Dry Bean Council can provide information on availability, nominal values, quantities and nutritional aspects of any particular kind of bean.
