The "New" Pork
and Bean Recipe Challenge
 
Today's pork is leaner than
ever and dry beans are an excellent low-fat source of fiber
and protein. Together, pork and beans share a winning combination of
great flavor and powerful nutrition.
Help us add a new twist to
an old favorite by summiting a recipe.
Requirements: Recipe must use
either boneless pork loin or tenderloin and any dry edible bean may
be utilized, canned or dry-packaged.
Grand prize: $1,000; Runner-up:
$500; 2nd place: $250
Recipe submission deadline:
July 15, 2008
